So, here you are, trying like heck to sell your Saint George, Utah real estate. You’ve had the home listed for months and months and not much to show for it. If you think the houses doesn’t show that well, clean it up and get it ready for showing. If you don’t like the photos your agent has on the MLS, tell them to re-do the pictures to your liking. You need to make your Saint George property the best-looking and the most competitively priced real estate in your neighborhood. If you don’t, you can count on many more months of frustration.
